The stamping factory is equipped with 13 automatic stamping production lines, with an annual capacity of 99 million strokes.
It can perform the full process including sheet metal uncoiling, leveling and forming.
Equipped with large-tonnage presses and high-precision self-developed molds, we specialize in manufacturing precision sheet metal parts such as vehicle bodies and truck cargo bodies.

Welding Manufacturing Capability
The welding factory is equipped with 27 professional welding lines and 152 welding robots, with an annual capacity of 400,000 sets.
Adopting advanced processes such as robotic arc welding and MIG/MAG welding, it covers the full structural welding of vehicle bodies, frames and truck cargo bodies.
Through strict weld inspection and process control, we ensure strength, precision and stability, supporting high-quality customized production of complete vehicles, special vehicles and various cargo bodies.
Coating Manufacturing Capability
The coating factory adopts an automotive-grade automatic painting system, with 30 intelligent coating robots realizing integrated sealing, cleaning and painting.
It is equipped with full-process capabilities including pretreatment, primer, topcoat and clear coat.
With constant temperature and humidity dust-free workshops and multiple paint film inspections, it provides strong corrosion resistance and high-quality appearance for vehicle bodies, frames and truck cargo bodies, meeting high-standard customized coating requirements.
Final Assembly Manufacturing Capability
The final assembly factory has established an efficient and flexible assembly system for complete vehicles and special vehicles.
Equipped with flexible conveying systems, high-precision filling equipment, professional inspection lines and standard test tracks, it can perform the full-process operations including frame assembly, cargo body installation, chassis integration, electrical debugging and complete vehicle inspection.
