The chassis of mobile concrete mixer truck produced in our country mostly adopts the second type general chassis provided by vehicle manufacturers. The special mechanism mainly includes force extractor, stirring cylinder before and after support, reducer, hydraulic system, stirring cylinder, operating mechanism, cleaning system and so on. The working principle is that the power of the car chassis is taken out by the force taking device, and the variable pump of the hydraulic system is driven, the mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy and transmitted to the quantitative motor, the motor drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the mixing device to stir the concrete.

Clean concrete storage tank (mixing cylinder) and inlet and outlet

Since concrete solidifies into hard blocks in a short time and is corrosive to steel and paint, washing the concrete adhered to the concrete tank and the inlet and outlet after each use of the concrete tank is a daily maintenance work that must be carefully carried out.

These include:

a. Rinse the feed port with water before each loading to keep the feed port wet during loading;

b. Fill the cleaning water tank with water while loading;

c. Wash the feed port after loading and clean the residual concrete near the feed port;

d. After unloading at the site, rinse the discharge tank and then add 30-40L of cleaning water to the concrete storage tank, and keep the concrete storage tank turning slowly when the vehicle returns;

e. Remember to drain the sewage in the concrete tank before loading the next time;

f. Clean the concrete storage tank and around the inlet and outlet thoroughly every day after work to ensure that there is no cement and concrete agglomeration.

As long as the above work is not carried out seriously once, it will bring great trouble to the future work.

Maintenance for driving system

The function of the driving device is to drive the concrete storage tank to rotate, which is composed of a force extractor, a cardan shaft, a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor, a control valve, a hydraulic oil tank and a cooling device. If this part stops working due to failure, the concrete storage tank will not be able to rotate, which will lead to the scrap of the concrete inside the car, and even make the whole tank of concrete condense in the tank, resulting in the scrap of the concrete mixing truck. Therefore, whether the driving device is reliable is a problem that must be attached great importance in use.

Precautions for the use of mobile concrete mixer truck

1.The pressure of the hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions in the operating instructions and shall not be adjusted at will. The oil quality and oil quantity of hydraulic oil should meet the original requirements.

2. Before loading the mobile concrete mixer truck , the remaining water and debris in the mixing drum should be cleared first. Keep turning during transportation to prevent concrete segregation. Concrete mixing truck arrived at site and unloading before, should first make mixing drum rotates at 14 to 18 r/min at full speed 1-2 minutes, then reverse discharging. Before reversing, the mixing drum should be stopped steadily.

3.the ambient temperature is higher than +25 degrees Celsius, the duration from loading, transportation, to discharge shall not exceed 60 minutes, the ambient temperature is lower than +25 degrees Celsius, the above time shall not exceed 90 minutes.

4.winter construction, should be done: check whether ice before starting; After work, carefully remove the residual water in the mixing drum and water supply system, turn off the pump switch, and set the control handle to the "stop" position.

5.after the completion of unloading at the construction site, the hose with the mixing truck should be immediately washed into the hopper, the hopper, the discharge chute, etc., to remove the sludge and concrete adhering to the body. On the way back to the mixing station, 150-200L water should be poured into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue bonded to the wall and blade of the drum.

6.after the end of the work every day, the driver should be responsible for injecting water into the mixing cylinder and rotating at high speed (14-18 RPM) for 5-10 minutes, and then draining the water to ensure that the cylinder is clean. When cleaning all parts of the mixing drum with high pressure water, attention should be paid to avoiding instruments and joysticks. The distance between the pressure water nozzle and the paint surface of the body shall not be less than 40 cm.

7.When removing the dirt inside and outside the mixing cylinder and the remaining concrete slag block, as well as when the machine repair personnel enter the cylinder for maintenance and welding repair, it is necessary to turn off the car engine first, so that the mixing cylinder completely stops rotating. During the working period when the machine repair personnel enter the cylinder, it must be ensured that the mixing cylinder is well ventilated, the air is fresh, there is no natural gas and harmful dust, and the oxygen supply is sufficient (pure oxygen shall not be used). When using power tools in the cylinder, the operator must have good insulation protection.

8.when working, do not extend the hand into the rotating mixing cylinder, it is strictly prohibited to extend the hand into the main discharge chute and lengthen the connection of the discharge chute, so as to avoid accidents.

9.should be regularly checked stirring blade wear and timely repair and replacement.

Implement all relevant safety operation specifications. The driver of the concrete mixing truck must be professionally trained, and no qualified person shall be allowed to operate.

Concrete mixer system description

Mixing drum: The type of mixing drum used in this model is a more commonly used structural form. The mixing drum adopts a pear-shaped structure, and the cleaning water and mixing water added as needed during transportation are injected into the drum at the inlet of the mixing drum head.

Transmission system: the driving mode of the mixing cylinder is to take the engine as the power source, the force is taken by the force extractor at the back of the engine, and transferred to the variable plunger hydraulic pump through the transmission shaft, the quantitative plunger oil motor, and then the reducer drives the mixing cylinder to rotate.

Mixing drum in and out of the material system (loading and unloading mechanism) : is an important device to assist the work of mixing drum.

Control system: it is the control part of the whole mixing truck, and the control panel has an "I-shaped" slot, which is the activity space of the joystick; And the slot on the back half of the limited hole, used to fix the position of the joystick. The control system controls the forward, reverse and rotational speed of the mixing cylinder through the left and right joysticks at the rear of the mobile concrete mixer truck , so as to complete the inlet and outlet of the material and the mixing action.

Water supply system: The water supply system of the mobile concrete mixer truck is mainly used to clean the mixing device. There are two types of water supply system, one is centrifugal pump water supply system; One is the pressure water tank water supply system, which can be optional for users.
