Components and uses

Cargo boom

Hoist mechanism

Maintenance instructions

Since the small truck mounted cranes is a special vehicle, the operator should accept the guidance and training of the manufacturer, have a sufficient understanding of the structure and performance of the vehicle, and obtain certain experience in the operation and maintenance of the truck mounted cranes from the manufacturer to operate the machine. The product use and maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer is the necessary information for the truck mounted cranes operator to operate the equipment. Before operating the machine, it is necessary to read the operation and maintenance manual of the crane first, and operate and maintain the crane according to the requirements of the manual. Operators should pay attention to frequently check the coolant, lubricating oil, brake fluid, hydraulic oil and fuel oil (water) level and quality, and pay attention to check the tightness of the small mounted cranes. The requirements for the use and maintenance of the truck mounted cranes during the running-in period can be summarized as: reducing the load, strengthening lubrication, strengthening training, and paying attention to inspection. As long as the operator pays attention to and maintains the run-in period of the truck mounted cranes according to the requirements of the manufacturer, the early failure of the crane will be reduced, the service life will be extended, the working efficiency will be improved, and the crane will bring you the greatest benefits. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point of the crane should be strengthened, and it is recommended that during the running-in period, each shift should fill the lubrication point with grease, except for the special requirements.

Therefore, it is easy to cause wear of parts (especially the matching surface) during the running-in period of the crane, and the wear speed is fast. At this time, if the overload operation, it may lead to the damage of parts, so that the early failure of the truck mounted cranes.

Matters needing attention

1. Lifting equipment drivers must undergo professional safety training, and after the examination and approval of the relevant departments, issued a combination of certificates, and allowed to operate alone. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from using lifting equipment.

2. Before working, we must check whether the operating devices are normal, whether the wire rope meets the safety regulations, and whether the brakes, hydraulic devices and safety devices are complete, sensitive and reliable. It is strictly forbidden to run the machine with disease.

3. The lifting arm elevation Angle shall not be less than 30°, and the lifting arm of the crane should be avoided as far as possible under load. Do not change the joystick until the boom is safely lifted.

4. The driver and the crane must cooperate closely and follow the signal command of the commander. Before the operation, the horn must be sounded first. If the command gesture is not clear or wrong, the driver has the right to refuse to perform. During the work, the driver must stop the emergency stop signal issued by anyone immediately, and can continue to work until the unsafe factors are eliminated.

5. All traffic management rules and regulations must be observed, and drunk driving is strictly prohibited. No smoking, eating, drinking or gossiping while driving.

6. When lifting heavy parts, the heavy objects should be lifted about 10 cm from the ground first, to check whether the stability of the crane and the brake are flexible and effective, and to continue to work under the normal circumstances.

Operator duties

4.according to the requirements of the manufacturer, regular inspection and maintenance of truck lifting transport.

5.do a good job in the truck lifting transport log, record in the log: all testing, maintenance and maintenance of the truck lifting transport, etc.

6.find the load, install the lock, and figure out the specific position of the load. Although the operator is not responsible for determining the weight of the load, if he fails to verify the weight with the supervisor, he is responsible for the carriage of the load and all its consequences.

7.consider all the factors that may affect the lifting capacity of the truck mounted cranes, and adjust the weight of the lifting accordingly.

8.know the basic procedures of how to install rigging on the load, and ensure that it is implemented in specific operations.

9. Keep good communication with the signalman.
