1. Open the battery cover and remove 6 safety caps.
2. Use a syringe to fill each hole with distilled water. If you add 1.28 standard electrolyte, the plate may be burned due to excessive acid solubility. The acid in the battery will not evaporate, what is missing is water, so we only need to add about 20-30ml of distilled water to each small hole.
3. After filling, let the battery rest for half an hour to allow the sponge around the plates to fully absorb water. Then use a resistor to discharge all the electricity in the battery. If there is no resistor, you can use a 12v light bulb instead. How to judge when the battery is about to run out of power? When the cement resistor discharges, the resistor body becomes hot at the beginning, and then gradually becomes less hot. At this time, the battery will be out of power.
4. Charge the battery after discharging. If possible, pulse charging can be used, because pulse charging can effectively remove the sulfurization of the plates and increase the capacity of the battery. If you don't have one, you can use a car charger instead.
5. After charging is completed, use a syringe to draw out the excess water from each hole. There are 6 holes in total, completed step by step. Put on the cap and lid and it's ready to be loaded into the car.
